- No. Beta Testers for CP are considered people who originally tested the Beta version of the game in 2005. The people who took part in this were just testing out new features that could've been added to Club Penguin (most of them haven't been anyways), somewhat like CPIP did I suppose except this was more focused on fun (new game ideas and such).
