The Monster Room was one of the party rooms for the Halloween Party 2010 and 2011 in Club Penguin. This room has the Monster Maker Catalog. You could also receive a Pile O' Candy (in 2010) and Swamp Monster (in 2011). It is part of the Dark Chamber quest.
