At the 11th Council Meeting held on February 1st, it was decided that three topics would be left for public opinion through an on-site vote. After holding just three meetings in the last year, we need your help in deciding how future council meetings should be run. A new official events guidelines policy is also to be introduced in the near future and is part of the discussion.
The entire process will last around a month. The current stage is discussion, followed by second draft of changes and finally, voting. There is currently little discussion on the proposed official events policy. A lack of discussion may result in an auto-implement by the administration.

My personal favorite sport is baseball, so i'd like to see that in Club Penguin some day

Oh boy, let's introduce Pig Latin. That sounds more common than Russian.
I can't say what I think will come next, but I think it would be interesting if they made CP in Chinese or Japanese.
Given the sneak peeks of The Fair, how do you feel about the changes made to the party this year?
I don't think it will be any better then 2012's, but not any worse too.
The new fair seems interesting (definitely a reboot to the dry Fair), but I hope they don't screw up its execution.
Even though I'm usually considered one of the people who's always grumpy about "new CP", I try to give credit where it's due. Although it isn't the classic county fair-type event that we know and love, I think this fair is going to be pretty good.
