Cheating

Cheating or hacking is strictly against the rules of Club Penguin. Usually, cheating involves using a modificated client, which gives a player unfair advantages (such as having large amounts of coins without earning it). The consequences for cheating, however, include being banned for 72 hours (first offense) and forever (second offense). In an interview with Gizmo, he said, "Our next plan is to block the trainers.".

Trivia

• There is no button to report a player that is cheating or hacking on the "report a penguin" menu.
• Most trainers are now broken after Club Penguin updated to ActionScript 3 from ActionScript 2. However, new ones have been made.
