| How to obtain | Blow out the candles on the Anniversary Cake |
The Celebration stamp was a common stamp. In order to obtain this stamp, the player had to blow out the candles on an anniversary cake. When the 5th Anniversary Party first launched, you were not able to get it. However, this glitch was fixed immediately by the Club Penguin Team. It resembled the colors of the 4th Anniversary Cake.
