The Blue Belt is a body item that all penguins can get after beating a certain amount of penguins in Card-Jitsu. It is the fifth belt you earn in Card-Jitsu. You will receive a letter from Sensei telling you that you have completed half of your training once you receive this belt. Only Sensei can give you this item.
History
The Blue Ninja Belt was released along with other belts and the Ninja Mask with the release of Card-Jitsu. It is a common item.

- Since the updates in May, Sensei will send you a postcard when you get a blue belt saying that you're halfway to the Black Belt.
